Location - Balewadi, Pune

Shift- 9:00 Am to 6:00 Pm(Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

Product Design

• Understand product requirements, business goals, and user needs to create effective design solutions.
• Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery and research to design and implementation.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing when required.
• Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture.
• Design modern, intuitive, and consistent UI for SaaS/web applications.
• Convert UX concepts and wireframes into high-fidelity designs.
• Create responsive designs and interactive prototypes.
• Develop and maintain design systems, components, and design patterns.
• Ensure consistency across the overall product experience.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Provide design specifications and support development handoff.
• Review implemented designs and ensure they meet the intended UX/UI.
• Balance user needs, business requirements, and technical feasibility.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-7 years of experience in Product Design / UI-UX Design.
• Experience with SaaS, B2B, enterprise, or technology products preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of both UX and UI design principles.
• Experience with user research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI.
• Experience designing web applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, or complex digital products.
• Strong visual design and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of responsive design, usability, and design systems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong Product Design/UI-UX portfolio with relevant case studies.

Good to Have

• Experience in a B2B SaaS / Product-Based company.
• Experience with FigJam, Miro, Jira, or Confluence.
• Knowledge of product analytics, usability testing, or A/B testing.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Exposure to AI-assisted design tools.
