Hiring For Payroll Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Payroll Processing & Administration

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees.
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, incentives, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Validate employee master data and payroll inputs.
• Ensure timely salary disbursement and payroll closure.

2. Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate timely filing of statutory returns and challans.
• Keep payroll practices updated in line with changes in labor and tax regulations.

3. Reporting & Analytics

• Generate payroll reports, MIS dashboards, and management summaries.
• Analyze payroll costs, trends, and variances.
• Provide payroll data for budgeting, manpower planning, and audits.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree any field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or Finance preferred.
• Certification in Payroll Management is an added advantage.
