About the Role: We are seeking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Inbound Customer Care Executives. As an Outbound Customer Care Executives, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via Inbound calls and handle customer query.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Providing product/service information to customers.
• Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification required is 12th pass.
• Skill Proficiency in English/Hindi/Bengali language.
• Fresher and experienced both can apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English & Hindi & Bengali
• Looking for Bilingual profiles.
• Excellent translation skill required.
• No leave requirement for upcoming 90 days.
• Looking for Immediate joiners only.
• Aadhaar should be linked with the candidates contact number.

Shifts:

• Rotational shift,which includes Any 9 hours during 8AM to 8 PM working window & rotational WO.
• No night shift
