ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Purpose is making life better through innovation in everyday water experiences.
This role is responsible for:
• Designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) and Genesys Cloud Contact Centre platforms, using AI-assisted development and automation where appropriate to accelerate delivery and improve quality
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
• Customizing and configuring the Dynamics CE and Genesys Cloud environment to meet the specific needs of the organization
