• Certification: CPC Certification Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Review and resolve coding edits and claim denials accurately.
• Analyze denial reasons and take corrective actions for successful claim resubmission.
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, payer policies, and industry standards.
• Perform E/M, CPT, and ICD-10 coding validations as required.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to minimize denial trends.
• Meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Stay updated on coding regulations and healthcare industry changes.
