Candidate Profile:

• Graduation in BBA or a relevant discipline is mandatory.
• MBA in Marketing from a UGC/AICTE-recognised institution is preferred.
• Relevant experience in Real Estate / Developer Marketing / Client-side Real Estate Marketing is preferred.
• Strong expertise in the respective marketing function.
• Good understanding of brand building, lead generation, customer engagement and ROI.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and track marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work effectively with Sales, Creative, Digital teams, agencies and vendors.
• Strong business acumen with a result-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
