Looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for handling Indirect Taxation compliance with focus on GST and TDS matters.

Role & responsibilities

• Handling GST compliance, return filing, reconciliations, and statutory reporting
• Managing TDS compliance including deduction, payment, return filing, and reconciliation
• Coordinating with internal teams for tax-related data and compliance requirements
• Handling GST notices, assessments, audits, and departmental communications
• Ensuring timely compliance with applicable indirect tax laws and regulations Coordinating with consultants, auditors, and government authorities on taxation matters
• Supporting tax audits and maintaining proper records and documentation Assisting in preparation of MIS reports and tax-related summaries for management

Preferred candidate profile

• Coordination with multiple internal departments, consultants, and statutory authorities.
• May require extended working hours during statutory filing periods, audits, and assessments.
• Periodic travel may be required for departmental hearings, audits, or project-related activities
• Strong knowledge of GST laws, compliance procedures, and return filings
• Good understanding of TDS provisions and statutory compliance requirements
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems
• Knowledge of real estate taxation processes will be an added advantage
