Global Healthcare Billing Partners Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager / Sr. Manager- Radiology Coding to lead our Radiology Coding team.

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Experience: 8+ Years in Medical Coding with Radiology Specialty Experience

Role: Manager/ Sr.Manager -Radiology Coding

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily Radiology Coding operations
• Lead, mentor, and develop coding teams to achieve productivity and quality targets
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with CPT, ICD-10-CM, and payer guidelines
• Conduct audits, quality reviews, and performance evaluations
• Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence
• Handle escalations and support business growth initiatives

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Radiology Coding and medical coding guidelines
• Team management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in quality auditing and productivity management
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
