Hiring For Manager - Control Tower Operations - Fllipkart - Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

About the Role

• Ownership of Key Supply Chain metrics such as Fill rate, Forward & Reverse Losses, Inventory Hygiene.
• Monitor shipment flow, Open pendency, damages, process adherence, material handling for Minutes Supply Chain
• Focus on execution of initiatives / product features from E2E perspective
• Point person for liaising between Product / Tech / Ops/Quality and Design teams
• Program manage the prep for key events such as BBD and ensure loss reduction by employing the predefined and/or newly identified/aligned levers
• Manage Assets operations by close monitoring of operations, stakeholder management & designing right playbooks
• Pull up input and output loss metrics to generate insights/RCA on loss reduction
• Process review and improvement in all function areas where CT interacts
• Provide inputs to Product with CT's point of view after collaborating inputs from various stakeholders
• Conceptualize and own action items to reduce losses across minutes supply chain

Qualification

• B-tech or MBA (Preferred candidates from Tier I/II MBA institutes)
