Minimum 6+ years (Senior Consultant level) Job Description: - 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development - Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud - Solid understanding of microservices architecture principles - Experience building RESTful APIs - Knowledge of design patterns, data structures, and OOP concepts - Experience with Hibernate/JPA or other ORM frameworks - Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) - Experience with Git and build tools like Maven/Gradle
