Key Responsibilities-

• Make outbound calls to customers based on assigned campaigns.
• Explain services and collect required information accurately.
• Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
• Update call details and reports in the system.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate team when required
• Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
• Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus)..
