Responsibilty

A Sales Team Lead is responsible for guiding a sales team to achieve revenue targets while coaching team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring excellent customer relationships. The role combines leadership, sales execution, and operational management.

Here are the key roles and responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership

Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team.
Set clear sales goals and performance expectations.
Foster a positive and high-performance work environment.
Resolve team conflicts and provide guidance when needed.

2. Sales Target Achievement

Develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity.
Ensure consistent achievement of KPIs and revenue goals.
