Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers and provide effective customer support.
• Understand customer queries, requirements, and concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain excellent communication and build positive relationships with international customers.
• Resolve customer issues related to products, services, billing, and account-related queries.
• Provide accurate information about products, plans, services, and promotions.
• Identify customer needs and support upselling, cross-selling, upgrades, and new service activations.
• Maintain call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction as per company standards.
• Document customer interactions and update details accurately in CRM/ticketing systems.
• Follow company policies, quality guidelines, and data security procedures.
• Achieve assigned individual and team targets/KPIs while maintaining service quality.
