Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and customer-focused Interior Designer who can understand client requirements, create innovative design solutions, and manage projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and experience in residential interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, budget, and design preferences.
• Create innovative and functional residential interior designs.
• Develop 2D layouts, 3D concepts, and detailed design presentations.
• Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with the execution team, vendors, and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct site visits and ensure design quality during execution.
• Present design concepts and incorporate client feedback.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of residential interior design.
• Excellent space planning and design visualization skills.
• Good understanding of modular furniture and home interiors.
• Client presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• V-Ray / Enscape
• 3ds Max (preferred)
• Revit (preferred)
• Adobe Photoshop
• Microsoft Office

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Experience: 2–6 years in residential interior design.
• Experience in modular home interiors is preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed residential projects.
