Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales.
• Handle inbound enquiries and convert leads into appointments or sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare services.
• Explain healthcare packages, services, benefits, pricing, and processes clearly.
• Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
• Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a good customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams for appointments, service delivery, and customer queries.
• Address basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Prepare regular sales and lead conversion reports.
