Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls related to insurance renewals.
• Assist customers with renewal queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain good customer service and communication standards.
• Follow process guidelines and achieve required performance targets.

Shift: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off

Salary:

• Freshers: 14,500 – 18,000 CTC
• Experienced: 16,000 In-Hand – 20,000 CTC
