Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to manage day-to-day HR operational processes, vendor relations, payroll coordination, and labor compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Compliance Management: Oversee monthly payroll processing, end-to-end statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, LWF, PT), and employee record management.

Vendor Management: Maintain and manage relationships with external staffing agencies, background check partners, and HR service providers.

HR Operations & Logistics: Handle onboarding, offboarding, employee query resolution, and administrative support for internal requirements.

Communication & Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for employees, leadership, and external partners to ensure clear, effective workplace communication.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations and general administration.

Core Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

Technical/Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic labor compliance, payroll structures, and vendor coordination.
