Key Responsibilities:

• Own onboarding experience - warm welcome, joining formalities, induction & new joiner connect
• Be the face of HR for employee queries, letters, communication & mediclaim support
• Drive employee engagement - regular floor connects, 1-on-1s, fun activities, festivals & feedback
• Track and share monthly HR MIS, engagement scores & insights

Who You Are:

• Extrovert, approachable & great with people - you love talking and listening
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• 1-3 years experience in HR Generalist / Engagement role
• Empathetic, high-energy, and solution-oriented
