Skills - Employee Engagement, Succession Planning , Performance Management , Employee relation and Business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
• Creating organizational Culture.
• Monitor and improve, attrition, productivity, and manpower cost.
• Drive employee engagement and recognition programs.
• Creating and implementing performance management system.
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate with the L&D team.
• Support talent management, succession planning, and employee development .
