Need candidates with 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations or related roles.

Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead people operations and HR initiatives across the organization. The role will be responsible for building strong people practices, supporting hiring and onboarding, driving employee engagement, and creating processes that enable a high-performing and positive work culture.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of working across recruitment, employee engagement and people operations in startup or high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own end-to-end recruitment across functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
2. Drive onboarding and employee lifecycle processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
3. Develop and implement HR policies, processes and people practices aligned with organizational needs.
4. Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
5. Partner with managers and founders on performance management, employee development and people-related initiatives.
6. Maintain employee records, HR documentation and ensure timely completion of HR processes.
7. Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave and other HR operations.
8. Support employees with HR-related queries and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
9. Track and report key people metrics to support informed HR and business decisions.
10. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies and employee engagement.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR initiatives.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growth environment.
• Experience in healthcare, healthtech or SaaS.
• Familiarity with HRMS and people analytics tools.
• Experience in building HR processes and policies from the ground up.
