Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern - Recruitment to support our talent acquisition team. The intern will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment databases. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment strategies and talent management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications against job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
• Assist in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Candidate Management:

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate effectively with candidates regarding job opportunities and recruitment stages.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
