About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR professional with strong experience in Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate should have worked with an IT company and possess hands-on experience in managing the complete employee lifecycle while driving a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
• Drive employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement action plans.
• Organize team-building activities, celebrations, and wellness programs.

HR Operations

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Handle employee documentation, HR policies, attendance, leave management, and HR records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Maintain HRMS and prepare HR reports/MIS.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage offer rollouts, onboarding, and candidate engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Generalist functions.
• Strong experience in Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and Recruitment.
• Must have experience working with an IT/Software company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with HRMS and MS Excel.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
