Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment of agents & nurturing agents for health insurance sales Licensing and activation of the agents.
• Providing adequate knowledge of all the health products in coordination with ART team.
• Achievement of month wise & year wise KPI targets allotted Maintaining good business relationships with the agents, system inward process and driving annual summit / other contest related aspects.
• Educational Qualifications Graduation (Any)
• Competencies Required: Excellent communication Skills, , people management, objection handling GI industry knowledge & product knowledge
