Shift Details:

• Male: 6:00 AM - 6:00 AM, any 9-hour shift
• Female: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, any 9-hour shift
• Weekly Off: Rotational

Requirements:

• Typing Speed: 3035 WPM
• Typing Accuracy: 95%+
• Good communication and basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle back-office and data processing activities.
• Update and maintain customer records accurately.
• Verify information and complete assigned documentation.
• Ensure quality and accuracy within defined timelines.
