Eureka windows is hiring for Governement - Sales Manager for Bangalore & Hyderabad Location .

Experience - 1.6 to 20 years.

Location - Bangalore & Hyderabad

Note - "Government Sales Experience is Mandotory".

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop government and PSU business opportunities for UPVC products.
• Build strong relationships with Government Departments, PWDs, PSUs, Housing Boards, Municipal Corporations, Smart City authorities, Railways, Defence, and other institutional bodies.
• Track and participate in government tenders, e-tenders, GeM opportunities, and project enquiries.
• Coordinate tender documentation, technical submissions, commercial bids, EMDs, BGs, and other statutory requirements.
• Develop relationships with architects, consultants, project management consultants, contractors, builders, and decision-makers involved in government projects.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and product/technical submissions.
• Coordinate with Technical, Production, Projects, Finance, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
• Monitor project progress, payment collection, receivables, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of government projects and provide regular sales forecasts, MIS, and market intelligence.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, specifications, and market developments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, tender conditions, and applicable government procurement requirements.
