We are hiring for Gold loan sales across Narsinghgarh ,Badarwas , Mungaoli (Madhya Pradesh )

For Senior Relationship Officer :-

• Acquire new customers through field visits, lead generation and local marketing.
• Achieve monthly gold loan disbursement targets.
• Explain gold loan schemes and assist walk-in customers.
• Follow up for interest collections, renewals and repayments.
• Maintain daily visit reports, leads and conversion data.
• Support branch in basic documentation, KYC and customer service.

For Gold Valuer :-

• Conduct accurate gold purity testing and valuation.
• Manage gold packet packing, sealing, storage and release.
• Handle cash during disbursements, renewals and closures.
• Ensure proper KYC collection, LOS entries and register maintenance.
• Provide customer service during pledging, releasing and payments.
• Support collections and portfolio quality.
