About this role
Responsibilities
Minimum 1-2yrs +Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and basic Windows administration.
Microsoft 365 and Outlook troubleshooting.
Active Directory fundamentals.
Basic networking concepts.
VPN and remote-access troubleshooting.
ITSM/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good verbal and written communication.
Customer-service-oriented approach.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume service desk environment.
Strong ticket documentation
