Hiring For Fund Accounting

- Strong skills in journal entries

- Knowledge of Amortization of finance costs

- Deep understanding & working knowledge on Carried Interest & Clawback Provisions, management fees, preferred return, catch-up provision.

- Practical understanding of IRR vs. TR Ratios

- Cash Flow Presentation & Accounting Guidance knowledge of the exemptions available to Funds as per USGAAP

- Good understanding of Line of Credit / Loan Facility / Syndication facilities

- Hands-on US GAAP disclosure requirements for hedge funds and private equity funds.

- Excellent understanding of Master-Feeder Structures and how investor allocations and income/expense distributions flow from the master fund to feeder funds under US GAAP.

- Deep Knowledge on Level 3 Asset Transfers, including the documentation and disclosures required when assets move between Level 2 and Level 3 during the reporting period.

- Deep Knowledge on Equalization and Investor Allocations, including key considerations when using the Equalization Method (Equalization Credits/Depreciation Deposits) and the related accounting entries.
