• We are looking for a customer-focused Voice & Email Process Executive to handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
• The role involves responding to customers through email and voice support, resolving concerns within defined timelines, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions, requests, and concerns through email.
• Follow up on customer queries until they are resolved.
• Ensure every email is clear, polite, and sent within the required time.
• Keep customer information private and update details correctly in the system.
• Share any common customer issues or suggestions with the management team.

Requirements

• Good written communication skills in English.
• Typing speed of 3040 WPM with accuracy.
• Experience in email or voice support is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Good attention to detail and a helpful, customer-focused attitude.

Key Deliverables

• Handle a high number of customer emails every day.
• Use a professional tone and follow company email templates.
• Record all customer conversations and updates correctly in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Meet daily targets for response time and quality.
