Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers through outbound and follow-up calls.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Guide customers throughout the process and answer their queries.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate.
• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development can also apply.

Required Skills

• Good communication in English, Kannada (Mandatory), and Bengali.
• Confidence in speaking with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
