Job Role - Process executive

Note: Postgraduate will not be considered for this current role opening

Language Mandatory: Hindi

Language Proficiency:

• Mandatory: English & Hindi (written and verbal)**
• Preferred: One regional language (Gujrati, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam, Assamese, Kannada)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously across voice and non-voice channels
• Follow company/client processes and policies accurately and efficiently
• Maintain integrity and ethical conduct while managing sensitive financial information
• Demonstrate flexibility with shifts, weekends, and working hours
• Collaborate effectively as a team player

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, probing, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Good understanding of commerce concepts; taxation knowledge preferred
