Location: Hyderabad Mandatory
Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
Employment Type: 3-Month Contract

Education: Any Graduate; B.Tech candidates are not eligible

Role Overview:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Content Reviewers / Content Moderators. The role involves reviewing and moderating online content to ensure it meets defined quality, safety, and platform guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content based on established guidelines and policies.
• Identify and flag inappropriate, sensitive, misleading, or policy-violating content.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency while making content decisions.
• Maintain quality and productivity targets as defined by the process.
• Escalate complex or unclear cases to the appropriate team.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data privacy and security guidelines.
• Adapt quickly to process updates, policy changes, and new moderation guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
• Good understanding of internet and social media content.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office/tools.
• Willingness to work as per business requirements and rotational shifts, if applicable.

• Candidate must be based in Hyderabad and available for a 3-month contract.
• Candidates must have a suitable setup to work effectively from home.
