Hiring For FP&A role | Gurgaon location

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan processes.
• Perform monthly financial analysis, variance reporting, and business performance reviews.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and drive profitability.
• Support business cases, cost optimization initiatives, and scenario analysis.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and drive process improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI/Tableau preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
