Urgent Hiring International Fraud Voice & Non-Voice Process | Hyderabad||

Job Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shifts
Work Pattern: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs
Transport: Available
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

1. International Voice Process Fraud

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in International Fraud Voice Process.

Mandatory Experience:

• Fraud Disputes
• Fraud Detection
• Financial Crime
• Compliance
• International Fraud / Banking Fraud Process

Qualification: Undergraduates / Graduates
CTC: Up to 6.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and investigate fraud-related cases and disputes.
• Review transactions and identify potential fraudulent activity.
• Perform fraud detection and risk assessment.
• Follow financial crime and compliance procedures.
• Analyze customer/account information and transaction details.
• Maintain accuracy and ensure compliance with process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant International Fraud experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Fraud Disputes, Fraud Detection, Financial Crime & Compliance is mandatory.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
• Immediate joiners only.
