What will you drive?

As a Key Account Manager at Cars24, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging directly with dealers and car mechanics, building strong networks, and generating procurement leads. Your responsibilities will include:

• Dealer Onboarding: Identify, connect with, and onboard used car dealers and car mechanics to strengthen the sourcing network.
• Dealer/Mechanic Visits (Mandatory): Conduct regular field visits to build relationships, address concerns, and ensure active collaboration.
• Lead Generation: Visit used car dealers and car mechanics to generate car leads for procurement, ensuring a steady pipeline.
• Working Days: 6 days

Who are we looking for?

• Sales & Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage with dealers and mechanics in person and drive lead generation.
• Negotiation & Closing Ability: Proven skills in influencing partners and successfully handling closures.
• Relationship Management: Ability to establish, nurture, and maintain long-term partnerships with dealers and mechanics.
• Field Orientation: Willingness to spend significant time on the field (5 days a week) for dealer and mechanic engagement.
• Data Orientation: Ability to manage and update lead records accurately for reporting and analysis.
• Experience: Prior experience in field sales, dealer management, or account management will be preferred.
