Hiring For Fare Filing Travel Process | L2 and L3 role

Job Summary

Sutherland is hiring experienced professionals for Fare Filing roles within our Travel Process team in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in airline fare filing, fare construction, pricing, and GDS systems who can manage fare-related activities with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform airline fare filing and fare maintenance activities.
• Create, update, and maintain fares as per airline and client requirements.
• Work on fare rules, restrictions, routing, booking classes, and pricing.
• Analyze and resolve fare-related discrepancies and issues.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with airline/client fare filing guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for fare updates and clarifications.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and turnaround-time (TAT) targets.
• Handle escalations and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain process documentation and follow established SOPs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Fare Filing / Airline Pricing / Travel Operations.
• Strong knowledge of airline fares, fare rules, pricing and ticketing concepts.
• Experience working with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo/Travelport or similar.
• Good understanding of fare construction, booking classes and routing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle process escalations.
• Candidates suitable for L2 or L3 level roles are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates currently working in Fare Filing, Airline Pricing, Revenue Management or Travel Operations.
• Prior experience in international travel processes will be an advantage.
• Candidates who can join at short notice are preferred.
