Hiring For Executive HR IT

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Operations Executive with hands-on experience in Darwinbox HRMS to manage end-to-end payroll processing, employee data administration, and payroll compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately using Darwinbox HRMS.
• Maintain employee master data, attendance, leave, and compensation records.
• Validate payroll inputs, reimbursements, deductions, and statutory components.
• Generate payroll reports, salary registers, and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll-related activities.
• Support payroll audits and maintain payroll documentation.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of payroll operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with Darwinbox HRMS payroll module.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll reporting.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
