Job Description Executive / Senior Executive (Hormone Production)

Department: Production – OSD
Experience: 8–12 Years
Qualification: B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy
Preferred Experience: USFDA-regulated pharmaceutical plant

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in hormone tablet granulation, compression, and coating.
• Knowledge of Glatt integrated lines, GEA equipment, and SCADA systems.
• Experience in equipment qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) and commissioning.
• Knowledge of QMS, deviation investigation, root cause analysis, CAPA, and change control.
• Participate in technical discussions, URS review, vendor coordination, and greenfield project readiness.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, data integrity, and containment requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with hands-on hormone manufacturing experience, containment-system knowledge, and exposure to USFDA-regulated facilities will be preferred.
