5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Male: 8 AM 12 AM
Female: 7 AM 8 PM

VOICE In-Hand
• 612 Months: 19K
• 12+ Months: 22K
• 24+ Months: 23K

EMAIL In-Hand
• 612 Months: Up to 24K
• 1224 Months: Up to 26K
• 24+ Months: Up to 28K

Roles :-

• Handle customer queries through Calls and Emails in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service requests within defined timelines.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, bookings, and offers.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Respond to customer emails with clear, accurate, and professional communication
