Email/Chat Support
Provide exceptional customer service through email/chat. Manage customer inquiries, complaints &concerns in a timely manner. Assist Customer in processing the refunds, exchanges &payment related issues.
2 weeks of Day Shift & 2 weeks of Night shift (500 Per night shift allowance)
Night shift will be WFH
Rotational week of - 2
Salary - max 3.80LPA +night allowance
