Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Ad Operations & Campaign Manager to manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across Display, Video, VOD and CTV. The role requires strong hands-on AdTech expertise, campaign troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns, from campaign setup and trafficking through monitoring, optimization, reporting and closure.

Traffic and QA Display, Video, VOD and CTV creatives across ad-serving platforms.

Manage campaign configuration including targeting, tracking, pacing, frequency, creative rotations and mid-campaign changes.

Monitor campaign delivery and proactively troubleshoot under-delivery, tracking issues, discrepancies and creative-related issues.

Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time while meeting agreed SLAs and quality standards.

Work hands-on with platforms such as Google Ad Manager (GAM), DV360, Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), Freewheel or similar AdTech platforms.

Prepare campaign reports, analyse delivery and performance, and provide clear, actionable insights.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Planning, Account Management, Yield, Technology teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, standardization and operational efficiency.

Must-Have Skills

1-3 years of experience in Digital Ad Operations or Campaign Management.

Hands-on experience with GAM, DV360, CM360 or comparable ad-serving platforms.

Strong understanding of ad serving, VAST/video workflows, pixels, tracking, targeting, frequency management and campaign troubleshooting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to investigate and resolve campaign delivery issues.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience managing Video, VOD and CTV advertising campaigns.

Good understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, ad servers and related technologies.

Exposure to automation, operational reporting, dashboards and process-improvement initiatives.

Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
