Role & responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 desktop and technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, Outlook, and MS Office/O365 issues.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, LAN/Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Handle user tickets and ensure timely resolution as per SLA.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers and other IT peripherals.
• Provide remote and onsite support to users.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
• Maintain IT asset and support-related records.
