## About the Role

We're looking for an energetic *Admission Counsellor* to guide prospective students through their academic journey. You'll be the first point of contact for enquiries, driving admissions while delivering an outstanding counselling experience.

## Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students/parents on courses, admissions, and career paths
• Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions
• Explain fees, eligibility, scholarships, and admission process
• Maintain accurate CRM records and lead status
• Handle objections and close admissions effectively

## Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong counselling, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Customer-centric, positive attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
• Good time-management and problem-solving ability

## Preferred Candidate Profile

• Background in education/EdTech sector preferred
• Confident, articulate communicator
• Self-motivated with a passion for student mentorship
• Comfortable handling high call/lead volumes via CRM
