Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for our Mohali office. This opportunity is open to both fresh graduates/freshers and experienced candidates who have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, email, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain a positive and helpful interaction with customers.
• Follow company processes and meet defined service quality targets.
• Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Eligibility

• Freshers: Graduates from any stream can apply.
• Experienced candidates: Relevant customer service/BPO experience will be an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable working in a work-from-office environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
