Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Provide accurate information to customers about products/services offered by the company.
  
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
  
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
  

Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply.

For exp candidates min 6 months of exp is required.

Salary- 25000 ctc to 32000 CTC + upto 8000 incentives and cabs

Retention bonus of 50k also offered for some roles

Job location- Gurugram and Noida both
