About the Role: We are seeking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. , you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via calls and handle customer query.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Providing product/service information to customers.
• Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification required is 12th pass.
• Skill Proficiency in Hindi/English/Bengali language.
• Minimum 6 months experienced mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English, Hindi.

• No leave requirement for upcoming 90 days.
