• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in BPO/CSE industry preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken) required for this role.
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts including night shifts as per business needs.
