JD:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for CRIMS applications.
• Monitor application health and proactively identify production issues.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
• Support application releases, deployments, and environment validations.
• Work closely with business users, developers, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Analyze SQL queries and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Prepare support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on-call and weekend support when required.
• Ensure compliance with SLA, incident, problem, and change management processes.

Required Skills

• Experience in Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) support.
• Strong SQL querying and database troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Experience with Unix/Linux commands and log analysis.
• Understanding of investment management, portfolio management, or capital markets processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Snowflake knowledge.
• Python scripting.
• AWS exposure.
• Experience with enterprise support tools and monitoring platform

Location -Chennai/Noida

Notice period- Immediate to 60 days Only
