Hiring For Creo Chassis/Frame Design Engineers, Bangalore

We are looking for experienced Chassis & Frame Design Engineers with expertise in automotive product development, particularly two-wheelers, motorcycles and scooters. The ideal candidates should have strong hands-on experience in Creo-based chassis modelling, layout design, assembly integration and structural optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop chassis structures, including main frame, subframe, swingarm and mounting brackets.
• Perform chassis layout design, 3D modelling, assembly integration and detailed engineering using Creo.
• Develop chassis solutions for electric two-wheelers (EVs), considering packaging, weight distribution, stiffness and structural integrity.
• Apply knowledge of welding, casting, sheet metal, material selection and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis and engineering calculations.
• Support structural rigidity improvements, vehicle dynamics and ride-handling optimization.
• Drive cost optimization, VAVE initiatives and design-to-cost improvements.
• Ensure manufacturing feasibility and integration of design with production processes.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Creo Parametric for part modelling, assembly and detailing.
• Experience in chassis and frame design for motorcycles, scooters or electric two-wheelers.
• Knowledge of structural design, material selection, welding and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of GD&T, tolerance stack-up, engineering calculations and design validation.
• Good problem-solving skills and cross-functional coordination with manufacturing and vehicle integration teams.
