AVP / Senior Manager Centralised Credit Processing & Administration (CCPA)

Key Deliverables

The successful candidate will be expected to:

1. Establish disciplined and standardised processing of Pan India login requests.
2. Handling team of 6-7 CPAs to ensure streamlined login, queries, TAT, system entry, data accuracy, MIS management etc.
3. Maintain records of the files received for login, allocated to the users, logins accepted, queries raised.
4. Storing of data inline with the internal SOPs and policy.
5. Improve FTR and reduce avoidable FTNR cases.
6. Ensure accurate and timely system data entry.
7. Ensure timely completion of CIBIL, Banking, GST/ITR Karza, financial mapping, Dedupes legal, and valuation activities.
8. Provide reliable and audit-ready login and operational MIS.
9. Improve visibility over login pendency, queries, vendor assignments, provisions, and bills.
10. Ensure adherence to approved credit policies, SOPs, and control requirements.
11. Build a competent, productive, and quality-focused CCPA team.
12. Reduce processing errors, repeat queries, SLA breaches, and audit observations.
13. Drive process standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement.
